Bead and Bloomwork has a no refund/cancellation policy for beadwork. Due to the made-to-order nature of our business, many orders begin processing immediately. We are happy to answer any sizing, care, or materials questions you may have to ensure you're purchasing the right piece of jewelry before you purchase!
Damages And Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number to info@beadandbloomwork within 48 hours. If your order arrived damaged due to mishandling by Canada Post, please include images of the mailer box. However, after 48 hours we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.
